Your estimate is based on the information you provided about your insurance plan (or your choice to pay out-of-pocket) and the type of evaluation recommended for your concerns. For insured patients, it reflects your plan's expected cost-sharing — your deductible, coinsurance, or copay.

Estimates are our best projection based on the details available; your plan's final determination governs the actual amount. If anything looks unexpected, our team is glad to review it with you.

Often, yes — if your plan has out-of-network benefits, which usually means a PPO plan. Even when we can't bill your insurer directly, you can seek reimbursement yourself:

  • After your evaluation, we provide a superbill with the appropriate codes.
  • You submit it to your insurance company.
  • Reimbursement commonly ranges from roughly 50–80%, depending on your plan.

Not sure whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits? Book a free consultation or call us at 855-264-6337 and we'll help you check.

For patients using in-network insurance, any copay, coinsurance, or deductible amount (plus any applicable administrative fee) is collected up front. For out-of-pocket patients, payment is due at the time of booking.

We'll always make your expected costs clear before you commit to anything.

People pursue an evaluation for many different reasons, across every stage of life. Common ones include:

  • Memory concerns, Alzheimer's disease, or other dementias
  • Stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or other neurological conditions
  • ADHD, autism, or learning differences
  • Mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or psychosis
  • Clarifying an unclear diagnosis, guiding treatment, or establishing a baseline to track changes over time
  • Understanding strengths and weaknesses, including to support school or workplace accommodations

The result is a clear, individualized understanding of how you're thinking, feeling, and functioning — one that can guide decisions and care for years to come.
