Minder Memory Center has provided me an affordable full psych evaluation that assists me significantly with the evidence and paperwork needed to seek support and accommodations. I am incredibly thankful for the experience, for the thorough explanation of the process, the kindness and patience of the doctors performing my evaluation, and the prompt response and inquiries of the staff.

Getting an updated neuropsych eval with Minder Memory was a great experience. They give you reminders leading up to it, and make sure that you have all the stuff you need ahead of time so you feel prepared. Getting to do it remotely was amazing compared to the in person one I had as a child. I got to have my snacks with me and be in a place I was comfortable / familiar with.The session where they give you the results was also seamless where everything was explained to me fully. I would do this again if need be.

Minder personnel clearly explained this would be a clinical evaluation, but bent over backwards to include adaptive evaluations, our real objective. Testing was administered in a sensitive way. Advance profiling was extensive, but could have been more efficient. It was a huge advantage to be able to schedule sooner by paying an expedite fee. This is professional grade.

Fast efficient convenient service at an excellent price was supportive staff readily willing to answer questions and walk you through every step. Highly recommend. I declined to pay extra for my report to be released in a certain period of time and still had it in less than a week, and so unless you need the results right away, it may be worth the gamble to tell them it's OK to take 45 days to prepare it if need be. I could not be happier with the process. I appreciate the convenience of being able to do it from home as there are no testing centers near my house, and they did all the work for me to get the insurance coverage. I plan to be back for future testing next year.

I was inspired to have the tests done because of the recent diagnosis of autism in my immediate family. I met with Dr. Dana P. who met with me then I had the tests done which took 3-4hrs to complete. I met with Dr. Dana to go over the results. She was very helpful, thorough, professional and pleasant. The testing lady was pleasant and friendly.

We used Minder Memory Center and had a wonderful experience. They stayed in contact with us from the beginning and helped us through the entire process. I was able to communicate with them quickly and easily via text if I had any issues, which I love. The doctors and staff were absolutely top notch. I was thoroughly impressed by this office. The testing process was significantly more comprehensive than what a local neuropsychiatrist in our area offered when my son was evaluated. Insurance covered all but a small fee compared to that office as well. What truly set this apart was the detailed feedback; the doctor was able to explain so much about my own behavior in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommended!

The team who evaluated me was very thorough and the resulting findings report was very detailed. I very much appreciated the time the neuropsychologist, Dana Princiotta, took to discuss my symptoms and the resulting life changes. Also being able to take the test in the comfort of my own home reduced my exam anxiety. I was also able to schedule my test within 2 weeks of reaching out to the minder memory team versus the 9-12 month lead time at my neurologist’s office. One other big plus is that the minder memory team takes insurance and worked with my insurance company to submit the claim
