Kate Finley, PhD is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and Director of Lighthouse Neuropsychology in Athens, Georgia. She specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, learning differences, autism spectrum conditions, concussion and brain injury, epilepsy, stroke, and neurodegenerative disorders.Dr. Finley completed her postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Emory University School of Medicine, predoctoral internship at Rusk Institute at New York University, and doctoral training at the City University of New York. She previously served as a consulting neuropsychologist for the University of Georgia Sports Medicine Team, where she worked closely with physicians and athletic trainers on concussion assessment and return-to-play decisions.Known for her thoughtful, detailed evaluations and clear, practical feedback, Dr. Finley partners closely with families, physicians, schools, and other providers to translate complex cognitive findings into meaningful, actionable next steps.
