How It Works for Patients
A Minder “visit” takes just 3-4 hours typically
After booking with Minder, the patient completes an online intake form, covering their demographics, medical history, and reason for seeking an evaluation.
A packet is mailed to the patient's home, which is used to record responses during some of the tests (with their phone on a supplied tripod so Minder can see too).
2-3 days before the evaluation, the patient completes a brief "Tech Check" to ensure that all materials have been received and that the visit goes smoothly
1-2 weeks after the evaluation, the patient attends a feedback session via Zoom, where the neuropsychologist explains the findings and recommendations and answers questions.
Following feedback, a formal written report of the findings is emailed to the patient. Minder will also send a copy of the report to the referring medical provider, if requested.
