Chelsea Weeks founded Minder Memory Center in 2022 after recognizing a growing national need for timely, accessible neuropsychological care.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for diagnostic evaluations continued to grow, leaving patients and families without answers for months at a time. Dr. Weeks believed there had to be a better way to deliver high-quality evaluations without sacrificing clinical depth or patient experience.

In early 2023, Minder began conducting comprehensive virtual evaluations and feedback sessions through a secure telehealth model designed to expand access across communities, age groups, and insurance types.

Today, Minder has helped thousands of patients across the country access diagnostic clarity faster — while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical quality, accessibility, and compassionate care.
