How Minder’s 5-Star Telehealth Model Works

Minder delivers neuropsychological evaluations through secure, convenient telehealth — with industry-leading turnaround times. Minder’s telehealth evaluations assess cognitive difficulties associated with aging, injury, and various neurological and medical conditions, helping with diagnosis and treatment planning.
The Patient completes an intake form covering their psychological and cognitive health history.
Minder schedules a brief “Tech Check” 48-72 hours prior to make sure test day goes smoothly or sends a training video (if desired).
The patient receives a packet in the mail that will be used to record responses to some of the tests (with their phone on a supplied tripod so Minder can see too).
A Minder neuropsychologist greets the patient via Zoom and conducts a clinical interview. A psychometrist then beings the testing.
The Patient completes the rest of the tests by answering orally. We enter all answers online so there’s a digital record.
The following week, the Minder neuropsychologist providers feedback to the patient over Zoom & sends a comprehensive written report.

Select Book Now to choose an appointment. Our team will contact you to collect insurance plan information and determine if there are additional fees, such as copay or deductible. This process takes 24-48 hours.

After booking with Minder, the patient completes an online intake form, covering their demographics, medical history, and reason for seeking an evaluation.

Your Testing
Packet

Minder will mail testing materials and a phone tripod to your home. You’ll complete a brief readiness check 2–3 days before your appointment.

Your Zoom evaluation includes an interview with a neuropsychologist followed by cognitive testing with a psychometrist.It typically lasts about four hours.

After Evaluation

Within 1–2 weeks, your neuropsychologist will explain the findings and recommendations during a Zoom feedback session. Your written report will be emailed afterward.
