How It Works for Patients

Step 1

Complete a simple online form covering demographics, medical history, and evaluation reason after booking your appointment.

Step 2

Receive materials at your home to record test responses, including a phone tripod for video visibility.

Step 3

2-3 days before your evaluation, we'll confirm materials received and ensure everything is ready for a smooth visit.

Step 4

Meet with a neuropsychologist via Zoom for a clinical interview, followed by psychometrist-administered testing.

Step 5

1-2 weeks post-evaluation, discuss findings with your neuropsychologist via Zoom and ask questions.

Step 6

Receive a formal report via email, with a copy sent to your referring provider if requested.
