Administrative Support Fees reflect the level of non-clinical administrative services provided—such as intake coordination, scheduling urgency, report turnaround time, and post-evaluation check-ins. These fees are not reimbursed by insurance. 1. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Purchase: 100% refund, minus a $99 fee to cover administrative costs and mailed materials.

SCHEDULING & INSURANCE CONFIRMATION
Our team will contact you to collect insurance plan information and determine if there are additional fees, such as copay or deductible. This process takes 24-48 hours.

CLINICAL INTAKE
After booking with Minder, the patient completes an online intake form, covering their demographics, medical history, and reason for seeking an evaluation.

TECH CHECK SCHEDULED
4-5 days before your evaluation, you’ll complete a short Tech Check with our team. We will confirm your technology is set up correctly, and we’ll prepare you for your appointment.

TELEHEALTH EVALUATION
On the evaluation day, the psychologist greets the patient via Zoom and conducts a clinical interview, followed by cognitive testing by a psychometrist. This appointment is typically 4 hours in length, but can vary.

DETAILED RESULTS & FEEDBACK
1-2 weeks after the evaluation, the patient attends a feedback session via Zoom, and the psychologist explains the findings and recommendations and answers questions. A written report is emailed following the feedback session.
