What happens next?

Step 1

SCHEDULING & INSURANCE CONFIRMATION

Our team will contact you to collect insurance plan information and determine if there are additional fees, such as copay or deductible. This process takes 24-48 hours.

Step 2

CLINICAL INTAKE

After booking with Minder, you will need to complete online intake forms, which cover demographics, medical history, and reason for seeking an evaluation.

Step 3

TESTING PACKET MAILED TO YOU

A packet is mailed to the patient’s home and is used to record responses during parts of the evaluation, with their phone positioned on a supplied tripod so Minder can observe. 2-3 days before the evaluation a tech check is scheduled.

Step 4

TELEHEALTH EVALUATION

On the evaluation day, the neuropsychologist greets the patient via Zoom and conducts a clinical interview, followed by cognitive testing by a psychometrist. This appointment is typically 4 hours in length, but can vary.

Step 5

DETAILED RESULTS & FEEDBACK

One week after the evaluation, the patient attends a feedback session via Zoom, and the neuropsychologist explains the findings and answers questions. A written report is emailed to your doctor following the feedback session.
